Arulmigu Devi Thirumani Amman Temple is arranged on the Thirteenth Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai. The sanctuary is arranged on the North Western Corner of the intersection of the Second Avenue and the Thirteenth Main Road. 

This icon was the main adoring site with a rooftop in Anna Nagar when the Anna Nagar Layout was initially shaped as the 'West Madras Neighbourhood'. Despite the fact that, the bordering lands had a place with the directing divinity, the symbol was in a little sanctuary developed out of lime mortar and blocks, over a mud hill of 5 feet stature.

The sanctuary was really on a town street associating the New Avadi Road and Poonamallee High Road going through "Thirumangalam" as the region was known. The sanctuary and the town street even figured in the Survey of India Map of the Nineteenth century.
